    Product Overview

    A CGR Filter Press is a specialized type of filter press featuring Caulked, Gasketed, and Recessed filter plates. The built-in gaskets ensure leak-proof operation, while the recessed design allows for uniform cake formation and efficient dewatering. This system is ideal for processes where zero leakage, high product purity, and containment of hazardous or valuable liquids are essential.

    At N.M. Patel & Co., our CGR Filter Presses are available in both standard recessed and Membrane CGR configurations, offering even greater drying efficiency and shorter cycle times.

    Membrane CGR – Enhanced Performance

    Our Membrane CGR Filter Presses combine the advantages of gasketed sealing with membrane squeezing technology. After the initial filtration, the membranes inflate (using air or water), squeezing the filter cake to reduce moisture content and improve throughput.
